Delaney Park

Delaney Park is a quiet neighborhood just south of downtown Orlando.  Many of the houses were built in the 1930s and 1940s along brick paver streets and majestic oak trees.  While downtown Orlando and many of the surrounding neighborhoods like Delaney Park continue to move forward with major housing changes, a distinct quaintness still remains and is one of the most desired places to call home in the core downtown Orlando area.

Delaney Park’s crown jewels are highlighted by three of downtown Orlando's most popular green spaces: Delaney Park, Al Coith Park and Wadeview Park.   A short bike ride to downtown Orlando and a newly constructed district called SoDo (South Downtown Distric) offers residents of Delaney Park plenty of placed to shop, eat and do business.
